摘要
特种纸因原料特性、产品性能及生产工艺的特殊性,其生产技术装备也有特殊的要求,甚至需要一些专用技术装备.针对特殊纤维的特性与生产难点,介绍了高剪切碎浆机、行星式浆池搅拌器、锥底浆池、柔性圆网压力成形器、长纤维用圆网成形器、复合成形装置及落帘式施胶装置等新型纤维处理与成形装置,为特种纸生产提供装备设计参考与支撑.
Abstract
Due to the different characteristics of raw materials,product property,and production process,the technology and equipment of specialty paper have special requirements,and even require some specialized equipment.In response to the characteristics and production difficulties of special fibers,this paper introduces new fiber processing and forming equipment such as high shear pulp crusher,planetary pulp tank agitator,conical bottom pulp tank,flexible mould former with pressure,mould former for long fiber,multi-former device,and curtain glue application device,providing equipment design reference and support for specialty paper.
