Normally,poplar and eucalyptus veneer are used as pulping raw materials for the Pandia chemipulper in Baiyun Paper.However,in order to alleviate the difficulty of wood chip acquisition and broaden materials supply,Baiyun Paper,after experiments and pilot tests,attempted to add pine veneer as pulping raw material.Pine and poplar were added in a ratio of 30∶70,and the process of separate cooking and mixed bleaching was adopted.The results showed that the quality of pulping was greatly improved.In addition,the original system encountered the problem of pulp layer falling off the screen during the operation of the pulp washer,which was solved by adjusting the pulp washer later.Since the added pine veneer is a softwood material,the pulping quality has been improved.The proportion of 68g/m2 offset paper softwood pulp in the papermaking decreased by 9％,and the comprehensive cost per ton of paper pulp decreased by 44.8 yuan.The addition and use of pine veneer not only broadens the variety of wood chip,but also improves the strength performance of pulp,laying a good foundation for enterprise transformation and paper processing.
