摘要
运用CFD数值模拟计算,模拟了低氮燃烧改造后锅炉燃烧状况,测算了锅炉低氮燃烧改造后NOx的生成情况,通过计算确定合适的SNCR改造方案,计算预测低氮燃烧和SNCR改造前后的NOx排放数值,为工程应用提供理论计算依据.
Abstract
In this paper,the method of CFD numerical simulation is used to simulate the combustion status of the boiler after the low-NOx combustion modification,and the NOx generation situation after the low-nitrogen combustion modification of the boiler is measured.The appropriate SNCR modification scheme is determined by calculation,and the NOX emission values before and after low-nitrogen combustion and SNCR modification are calculated and predicted,providing a theoretical calculation basis for engineering applications.
