摘要
对杨木P-RC APMP的生产过程中结垢的控制进行了研究.实验结果表明:采用3kg/t浆双氧水保护剂配合0.15kg/t浆浆料阻垢剂替代70%的硅酸钠进行使用,此条件下成本增加17.1元/t浆,性价比最高,可以明显减轻系统结垢,延长螺旋压榨筛框和纤维回收网袋的使用周期,降低浆料PCD.
Abstract
This artical mainly investigates the scale reduction and control in the production of P-RC APMP.The experimental results showed that hydrogen peroxide protection agent of 3kg/ton pulp with the scale inhibitor of 0.15kg/ton pulp are used to replace 70%sodium silicate.Under this condition,the cost increases by 17.1 yuan/ton pulp,marking the highest cost performance,which can significantly reduce the scale of pulp system,extend the service cycle of spiral pressing sieve frame and fiber recovery net bag,and reduce the PCD of pulp.
