摘要
目前宣纸纸帖盘帖均采用蒸汽加热烘干的方式,现设计采用一种以导热油为介质进行加热的装置.采用油作为加热介质与蒸汽作为加热介质相比具有以下优点:油温度高、温度易于控制、传热均匀、加热速度快、加热介质可以重复利用.利用油加热宣纸纸帖盘帖比蒸汽加热具有明显优势,再结合智能化控制,增加温度、湿度、水分等智能控制,可以极大地提高盘帖质量,既环保又经济.
Abstract
At present,Xuan paper sheets are all heated and dried by steam.Now a device using thermal oil as the medium for heating is designed.Compared with steam as the heating medium,thermal oil has the advantages of high temperature,easy temperature control,uniform heat transfer,fast heating speed,and reusability.Therefore,using oil to heat xuan paper sheets has obvious advantages over steam.In addition,through intelligent control of temperature,humidity,and moisture,the quality of the sheets can be greatly improved,which is both environmentally friendly and economical.
