摘要

研究了酶解淀粉制备和表面施胶工艺对箱纸板物理性能的影响.通过改变酶用量、糊化温度、糊化浓度和淀粉用量等工艺参数,制备酶解淀粉并用于表面施胶.对纸张的物理性能进行测量,探究最佳制备和表面施胶工艺.结果表明:在酶用量为4.56u/g、糊化温度为85℃、糊化时间为30min、淀粉施胶量为3g/m2时,纸张具有最佳的物理性能.

Abstract

This article studies the influence of preparation process on the surface sizing performance of containerboard during enzymatic starch preparation.Enzymatic starch was prepared and used for surface sizing by changing process parameters such as enzyme dosage,gelatinization temperature,gelatinization concentration and starch dosage.Through measuring the physical properties of paper,this research aims to explore the optimal preparation process.The results showed that the paper had the best physical properties when the enzyme dosage was 4.56u/g,the gelatinization temperature was 85℃,the gelatinization time was 30 minutes,and the starch sizing amount was 3g/m2.
