The quality problems that often occur during the rewinding process of coated white paperboard are analyzed and summarized in this article,including the problem of paper wool and paper powder,cutting burrs of vertical cutters,mirror surface generated by core bending and paper friction,as well as the unevenness of the end face.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward accordingly.After improving the rewinding efficiency,it will reduce labor intensity for workers and also improve the quality of finished paper products.
