摘要
大城市房价一直是社会的焦点问题。北京房价也一直广受关注。文章以北京市住宅价格为研究对象，在空间和时间维度上对北京住宅价格进行定性与定量分析。基于空间与时间维度上得出的结论，提出一点建议与意见。
Abstract
Big city housing prices has been the focus of the community. Beijing housing prices have also been widespread concern.Based on the study of housing prices in Beijing,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of Beijing housing prices inspatial and temporal dimensions. According to the conclusions drawn from the space and time dimension,this paper put forward somesuggestions and opinions.
