针对再造烟叶包装箱规格尺寸多,保护性能不佳的现状,对包装箱的规格尺寸和纸板芯纸进行了优化探究,以保障再造烟叶的生产应用.首先,对国内主要再造烟叶行业包装现状进行调研分析,确定设计目标;其次,选择合适的包装箱规格和瓦楞芯纸;最后,将设计方案制作出试样,进行包装性能测试验证.结果表明:优化后的再造烟叶包装箱规格外箱外尺寸为1120 mm× 715 mm× 700 mm,内箱外尺寸为1100 mm × 695 mm × 690 mm,该尺寸填装效果好,机械解箱成功率100％,适用于再造烟叶的生产包装和配套使用;定量为250 g·m-2的瓦楞芯纸有效地提高了包装箱的物理性能指标,堆码后包装箱外观破损较少.该方案规格尺寸的优化,合理的瓦楞芯纸选定有效地解决了再造烟叶包装箱规格多,保护性能不佳的问题,保障了再造烟叶的生产包装和应用,对促进智能包装一体化发展具有重要的意义.
Optimal Design of Reconstituted Tobacco Packing Box
In response to the current situation of multiple specifications and poor protective performance of reconstituted tobacco packing boxes,optimization and exploration were conducted on the specifications and dimensions of packing boxes and cardboard core paper to ensure the production and application of reconstituted tobacco.Firstly,conduct research and analysis on the current packaging situation of the main domestic reconstituted tobacco industry to determine design goals.Secondly,choose appropriate packing box specifications and corrugated medium paper.Finally,a sample of the design plan will be produced for packaging performance testing and verification.The results show that the optimized specifications of the reconstituted tobacco packing box have an outer box of outer surface dimensions of 1120 mm × 715 mm × 700 mm,inner box of outer surface dimensions of 1100 mm × 695 mm x 690 mm,with a good filling effect and a 100％success rate of mechanical unboxing,is suitable for the production packaging and supporting use of reconstituted tobacco.The corrugated core paper with a basis weight of 250 g·m-2 effectively improves the physical performance indicators of the packing box,and the appearance of the packing box is less damaged after stacking.The optimization of the specifications and dimensions of this plan,as well as the reasonable selection of corrugated medium paper,effectively solved the problem of multiple specifications and poor protective performance in the packing box of reconstituted tobacco,ensuring the production,packaging and application of reconstituted tobacco,and promoting the integrated development of intelligent packaging,which is of great significance.
