含聚乙烯醇废水处理技改工程设计方案

广东省江门市某造纸企业污水处理厂设计规模3200 m3·d-1,原设计出水水质为《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)地表Ⅳ类水标准.由于公司工艺改进,废水污染物种类发生改变,增加了一部分含聚乙烯醇废水.由于聚乙烯醇可生化性低,无法直接采用现有污水处理系统进行降解,因此结合进水水质的特点,综合考虑了投资成本和污染物去除效率两方面的内容,本项目提出含聚乙烯醇的高浓度废水预处理+混合废水深度处理的技术改造方案,通过高级氧化技术对聚乙烯醇进行降解和去除,使出水最终完全达到排放标准.
Design Case of Technology Transformation Project for Treatment of Wastewater Containing Polyvinyl Alcohol
The design scale of the wastewater treatment plant of a papermaking enterprise in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province is 3200 m3·d-1.The original design effluent quality is class Ⅳ specified in environmental quality standard for surface water(GB 3838-2002).Due to the improvement of the company's process,the substances contained of the wastewater have changed.Due to the low biodegradability of polyvinyl alcohol,it can not be directly degraded by the existing wastewater treatment system.Therefore,after comprehensively considering the characteristics of the influent water quality,the investment cost and pollutant removal efficiency,a technical transformation scheme of pretreatment of high concentration wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol+advanced treatment of mixed wastewater is proposed.The advanced oxidation technology is used to degrade and remove polyvinyl alcohol,so that the effluent can finally meet the discharge standard.
