摘要
重症医学由于其诊疗过程的特殊性,其数据具有维度广、密度高、时序性强等特点,对信息化的实现和提升医疗数据处理效率有强烈的需求。自2019年起,华西医院ICU联合华西医院信息中心、华西医院生物医学大数据中心,通过约3年的时间,基本完成了华西重症医学大数据平台的建设。现就华西重症医学数据库的系统架构设计、数据对接及集成、数据库结构、数据治理、数据安全、数据库管理等方面的内容进行介绍和分享。
Abstract
Due to the specificities of diagnosis and treatment process in critical care medicine, critical care data is characterized by wide dimensionality, high density and strong time-series, which has a strong demand for informationization realization and improvement of medical data processing efficiency. Since 2019, the Department of Critical Care Medicine of West China Hospital, together with the Information Center of West China Hospital and the Biomedical Data Center of West China Hospital, has basically completed the construction of West China Critical Care Medicine big data platform through a period of about 3 years. This article aimes to introduce and share the system architecture design, data interfacing and integration, database structure, data governance, data security, and database management of the West China Critical Care medicine database.
