摘要
目的:构建规范化的方舱医院循环式筛查与五色区域分类管理模式，以实现新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的科学有效管理。方法:成立医护联合筛查小组，形成预检分诊、首次系统评估、每日全舱筛查、重点关注、每班追踪反馈等五步循环筛查流程，实施紫、红、橙、黄、绿五色区域分类管理。结果:截至休舱，累计收治患者26 245例，实现“零死亡、零纠纷、零舆情、零事故”。结论:循环式筛查和五色区域分类管理使方舱医院标准同质化，保障收治工作高效有序进行。
Abstract
Objective:To construct a standardized protocol of circulating screening and to implement classified admission management in Fangcang shelter hospital for COVID-19 patient.Methods:A cooperated doctor-nurse screening team was established, forming a screening protocol for high-risk patients, with each step as pre-examination and triage, classified admission, first systematic evaluation, daily cabin screening, focusing serious patients, and feedback after each shift tracking. Colored classified area management was implied with purple, red, orange, yellow and green.Results:Twenty-six-thousand two hundred and forty-five patients was admitted to Fangcang shelter hospital, achieving "Zero Mortality, Zero Dispute, Zero Public Sentiment, Zero Accident".Conclusion:Circulating screening and classified admission can realize homogenization of management and ensure efficient and orderly admission in Fangcang shelter hospital.
