The deep integration of new technologies and archival work can provide sustained impetus for the development of the archival industry.The AIGC artificial intelligence technology for generating content has been widely applied in various fields of social development.The article introduces the three cutting-edge capabilities of AIGC technology,namely digital twins,digital editing,and digital creation,and explores the intelligent digital scene based applications in fields such as technology empowering archival cultural heritage protection,archival service utilization and resource development,archival public education,and cultural creation.Based on the particularity of the archival field,this paper explores the challenges and countermeasures faced in information security,value orientation,data credibility,facility feasibility,and institutional compliance.
