为应对企业档案事业发展的现实挑战,本研究将建立和拓展档案价值作为破题关键,探讨档案多元价值在存史、资政、育人方面和企业发展战略中的作用和影响.从档案价值的理论基础和现实依据出发,拓展出档案的初始价值、经济价值、历史价值、记忆价值及专业价值.以油气田公司作为案例背景,结合关键运营指标,构建具有实践意义的绩效评价体系和量化方法,为企业完善绩效生态构建提供新的视角.利用融入档案多元价值的综合评价模型,企业可更全面地洞悉档案的真实价值,从而加强档案认知、认同和价值观建设,进一步提升档案治理能力和管理策略创新,确保在高质量发展下获得持续的竞争优势.
To address the real-world challenges of enterprise archival development,this study establishes and expands the concept of archival value as a key solution,examining the multifaceted value of archives in terms of historical documentation,policy support,and education,as well as their role and impact in corporate development strategies.Starting from the theoretical foundation and practical basis of archival value,this research delves into the initial,economic,historical,mnemonic,and professional values of archives.Using an oil and gas company as a case study and integrating key operational indicators,a practical performance evaluation system and quantification method are constructed,offering enterprises a fresh perspective on refining their performance ecology.By incorporating the comprehensive evaluation model imbued with the multifaceted value of archives,enterprises can gain a deeper understanding of the true value of archives,thereby strengthening their archival cognition,identification,and value construction,further enhancing archival governance capabilities and innovative management strategies,ensuring sustained competitive advantages in high-quality development.
