The archives of major national science and technology infrastructure construction have the characteristics of multiple formation subject,diverse contents,and a long filing cycle of documents and materials.With the increase in the number of such projects undertaken by universities,the project archives management needs to be innovated and developed in practice,theory and system,in order to adapt to project supervision,support project construction,and ensure project operation and maintenance.Based on the investigation of the archives work of the national major science and technology infrastructure projects in universities that have been completed and some of them are under construction,this paper aims at the realistic dilemma in the aspects of system,mechanism,system supply and team building in universities.From the aspects of strengthening supervision,optimizing management,standardizing standards and implementing responsibilities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to help the high-quality development of archives work of major national science and technology infrastructure projects in universities.
