随着数字转型深入推进,传统人工鉴定模式将难以为继,AI技术逐渐走向成熟,为档案鉴定走向自动化、智能化提供了新的机遇.本文以英国国家档案馆AI for selection项目为例,从决策依据、功能实现以及效能呈现方面来描绘AI应用于电子文件归档鉴定的图景,审视其中存在的风险,以期为我国档案鉴定工作深入应用AI技术,同时保持业务与技术之间平衡协调发展提供理论参考.
With the deepening of digital transformation,the traditional manual verification model will not be sustainable.AI technology is gradually becoming mature,providing new opportunities for archival identification to be automated and intelligent.This paper takes the AI for selection project of the National Archives of the United Kingdom as an example to describe the application of AI in the identification of electronic documents from the aspects of decision basis,function realization and performance presentation,and examines the existing risks,so as to further apply AI technology for the identification of archives in China.At the same time,maintain the balance and coordination between business and technology to provide theoretical reference.
