There are abundant historical archives of coastal areas and territorial seas in China,and the multiple integration of its digital resources under the background of"digital memory"is conducive to the collection of archival documents and the complete construction and inheritance of the digital memory of the sea border.On the basis of elaborating the characteristics of the object,work content and theoretical support of the pluralistic integration of the digital resources of the historical archives of the sea and border,drawing on foreign cases,analyzing the theoretical cognition,institutional obstacles and resource construction and other aspects of resource integration,it is helpful to integrate the archive resources from the main body,the object,the methodology and the diversity of the service to realize the extensive aggregation and related sharing of the digital resources of the historical archives of the sea and border.
