According to the theoretical system of Chinese-style modernization,this paper reveals the connotation of the modernization of archival administration,builds a framework for the modernization of archival administration and clarifies its main contents under contemporary social conditions,namely development integration,work digitalization,governance modernization,personnel professionalization and resource systematization.Combined with Zhejiang practices,the key tasks for the modernization of archival administration are expounded,including establishing the basic pattern of the modernization of archival administration,exploring bottlenecks in the development creating a new archival data management model,originating the domestic archival institutional and theoretical innovation and promotion of cooperation demonstration between industry,academia and research in archival profession.
