At present,the working mechanism of the major emergencies archives has the problems that the regulations and regulations are too principle,practicability and operability are not detailed enough.From the perspective of the "front-end control,"it is necessary to address the shortcomings of unclear responsibility subjects,insufficient timely intervention by archives departments at the source,low degree of integration between archives work and emergency response management,and insufficient exercise of the leading power of the archives department.We should improve and optimize the archival working mechanism of major emergencies that the archival departments source intervention,the whole process of leading,and effective evaluation.
