Scientific data is an important part of scientific research archives,and it is of great significance to carry out research on quality control of scientific data archiving in order to maximise the value of scientific data and standardise the management of scientific research archives. Taking the Consortium of European Social Science Data Archives as a case,relying on the framework of 'Pre-ingest-Ingest-Curation',this paper uses the network survey method and content analysis method to introduce and analyse the specific initiatives for quality control of scientific data archiving. Based on the current state of scientific data management in China,it is proposed that it should strengthen the dual quality control of scientific data and its metadata,realise the quality control of the whole process of scientific data archiving,and clarify the responsibilities of each responsible subject and strengthen the synergy of the subjects to help improve the quality of scientific data archiving.
