The new environment of digital transformation offers more possibilities for breaking through the paths of archival policy consultation services.This paper proposes three countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the effectiveness of archival policy consultation services.Firstly,accurately identify the linkage points between archives and reality,and excavate the hierarchical relationships in archival materials of different eras.Secondly,select issues that are urgently needed to be addressed in regional development,social hot topics,and major events as the topics.Thirdly,search for new economic growth points,focus on implementing and executing superior documents to exert the mirroring role of historical archives.Fourthly,establish a virtuous mechanism for archival policy consultation services,while incorporating other facilities,equipment,and technological means to establish a policy consultation service network and an intelligent archival policy consultation service system,thereby enhancing the service effectiveness at the technical level.
