Based on the analysis of a group of female dress relics with similar shape in Ming Dynasty,this paper sorted out the changes of the name and shape of this kind of dress in Ming Dynasty by combing the literature records and combining with the com-parison of the real objects.And the evolution and shape characteristics of the Tuanshan in Jin,Yuan,and Ming dynasties are discussed in detail.
