The"Dior event"brought the traditional Chinese dress"horse-face skirt"into the public's vision,and also triggered the academic circle's thinking about the protection and development of intellectual property of traditional clothing in China.The traditional Chinese clothing carries the profound historical and cultural connotation,embodies the exquisite skills and endless crea-tivity,and has the extremely high cultural and artistic value.Due to the characteristics of rich ornamentation,exquisite color,exquisite and subtle shape,the difficulties in intellectual property protection include difficulty in determining the subject,defining the scope of object protection,adjusting the content of rights,and determining the infringement behavior.In view of the above problems,the improvement suggestions are put forward to promote the protection and development of intellectual property of Chin-ese traditional clothing.
