A Study on the Career Development Path of Newly Employed Teachers in Vocational Colleges under the Background of the New Era
The professional ability of teachers in vocational colleges is not only directly related to the imparting of students'pro-fessional skills and the construction of knowledge systems,but also has a profound impact on the shaping of students'compre-hensive qualities and the edification of professional qualities.In view of this,this paper focuses closely on the career development plan of newly employed teachers,constructs a systematic,scientific,and comprehensive training system for new teachers in voca-tional colleges,analyzes the era connotation and realistic difficulties of training newly employed teachers in vocational colleges,and proposes a"1+6+X"training model that combines core literacy,core abilities,and professional abilities.
