While Internet technology brings convenience and dividends to people's lives,it also produces a series of governance problems,one of which is network rumors.How to effectively control the Internet rumors in emergencies,and to improve the level of public opinion guidance,has become a major issue in front of universities which are the most active places of social thought.Based on the background of the all-media era,this paper analyzes the external reasons,main reasons and potential reasons for the emergence of Internet rumors in university emergencies.By combining the characteristics of the particularity of Internet rumors spreading groups,the diversity of communication channels,the confusion of communication content and the encouragement of communication emotions,some suggestions are put forward to seize the commanding heights of information,construct the mech-anism of monitoring and refuting rumors,improve students'network literacy and strengthen the cultivation of opinion leaders.
