摘要
剥离强度和剪切强度是考核粘扣带粘合牢固性能的重要指标.本文对国内关于粘扣带剥离强度和剪切强度的3个标准,从标准的使用范围、测试原理、操作步骤与结果计算的注意点进行分析,讲述了标准的部分疑问之处.通过实验对试样取样标记和粘合方式、滚轮质量、滚动压合方式、测试次数、取值方法这几个重点部分进行比较分析,提出了注意事项,并给出了建议.
Abstract
The peel strength and shear strength are the important indexes to evaluate the adhesion strength of hook and loop fasteners.In this paper,the three standards about the peel strength and shear strength of hook and loop fasteners in China are analyzed from the application range,test principle,operation steps and the points of attention in the calculation of results,and some questions in the standards are described.The paper compares and analyzes the marking and bonding mode of the sample,the quality of the roller,the rolling pressing mode,the number of tests and the method of value selection,and puts forward some points of attention and suggestions.
