系统思维视域下高职院校心理筛查模式的逻辑与策略

心理筛查是一个由多元素相互联结而构成的整体系统工程.当前,高职院校心理筛查工作存在核心理念分错、筛查主体分散、反馈机制分化等问题,导致心理筛查精准度不高.运用系统思维抓住心理筛查的本质特征,坚持整体性、结构性、动态性和反馈性原则,建构筛查前第一课堂和第二课堂协同合作,筛查中多时段、多主体、多方式联结耦合,筛查后多级反馈、分级管理、动态评估的多要素协同筛查模式,全面提升心理筛查效率,实现心理育人根本目标.
Psychological screening is an overall systematic project formed by many interconnected elements.At present,the accuracy of the screening measures for vocational college students is undermined by many issues,such as the misclassification of core ideas,the dispersion of screening subjects,and the differentiation of feedback mechanism.By adopting systematic thinking,grasping the essential characteristics of psychological screening and adhering the principles of integrity,structure,dynamics and feedback,the following actions would be conducted comprehensively to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the screening:the cooperation between the first and second classes before screening,the multi-period,multi-subject,and multimode coupling during screening,and the multi-element collaborative screening model with multi-level feedback,hierarchical management and dynamic assessment after screening.The improvement in the screening protocol would contribute to the realization of the fundamental goal of psychological education.
