中文摘要：基于长江经济带11省市2008-2020年的相关数据,构建了城乡融合与城乡基本公共服务均等化指标体系,利用熵权法结合粒子群优化投影寻踪法综合评价城乡融合与城乡基本公共服务均等化水平,并用时间固定的空间滞后模型研究了城乡基本公共服务均等化对城乡融合的影响.研究发现长江经济带各省市的城乡融合水平逐步上升,其中上海、江苏、浙江的城乡融合水平最高、发展最快;长江经济带各省市的城乡基本公共服务均等化水平也在逐步上升;同时发现城乡基本公共服务均等化水平对城乡融合有显著正效应,基本公共服务均等化水平的提高会促进该省以及邻省的城乡融合发展;最后,长江经济带的城乡基本公共服务均等化对城乡融合存在空间溢出效应,地理位置越远,城乡融合的空间溢出效应越弱.

外文摘要：Based on relevant data from 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze river economic belt from 2008 to 2020,an indicator system for urban-rural integration and equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas was constructed.The entropy weight method combined with particle swarm optimization projection pursuit method was used to comprehensively evaluate the level of urban-rural integration and equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas.A fixed time spatial lag model was used to study the impact of equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas on urban-rural integration.Research has found that the level of urban-rural integration in various provinces and cities along the Yangtze river economic belt is gradually increasing,with Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang having the highest level of urban-rural integration and the fastest development;the equalization level of basic public services between urban and rural areas in various provinces and cities along the Yangtze river economic belt is gradually increasing;at the same time,it was found that the equalization level of basic public services between urban and rural areas has a significant positive effect on urban-rural integration.The improvement of the equalization level of basic public services will promote the urban-rural integration development of the province and neighboring provinces;finally,the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a spatial spillover effect on urban-rural integration.The farther the geographical location is,the weaker the spatial spillover effect of urban-rural integration.
