Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of High Quality Technical Talents from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
In the process of industrial iterative upgrading,scientific and technological innovation leading the development of new quality productivity,cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel with innovative thinking and innovation ability has become the focus of the educational circles,the business circles and the academic circles.On the basis of exploring the real requirements of new quality productivity to vocational education and the internal logic of promoting the reform of higher vocational education,we put forward the improvement methods enabling new quality productivity to promote quality of talent cultivation from three aspects:innovating education mode,improving supply and demand matching,and improving training ability of innovation and application ability.Combining with the practice of"Young Eagle Program"innovation ability improvement of Jinan Vocational College,we explore the seven-stage growth path of innovation ability spiraling from four spheres of knowledge creation(socialization,externalization,combination and internalization),namely"project-situation-creativity-practice-innovation-achievement-transformation".
