Research on the Construction of Operational Mechanism of Industry-Education Integration Community—Taking the Example of Hebei Province under the Background of China-style Modernization
The industry-education integration alliance plays a crucial role in promoting industrial upgrading,enhancing educational quality,and achieving coordinated economic and social development in the process of China's modernization.Deeply exploring the construction of the alliance's operation mechanism has far-reaching significance in accelerating the pace of China's modernization development.Taking Hebei Province as a typical case,this paper deeply analyzes the realistic dilemmas faced by the alliance's construction,including the differences in value claims and interests of different stakeholders,the inadequacy of coordinated governance mechanisms,insufficient service functions,and imperfect evaluation mechanisms.In response to these issues,this paper proposes suggestions for establishing the relationship between alliance members and governance mechanisms,deepening the mechanism of collaborative education,optimizing the mechanism of resource allocation and sharing,and improving the mechanism of technology research and results transformation.To ensure that the alliance can operate effectively and continuously improve,this paper also proposes corresponding evaluation strategies.By implementing these evaluation strategies,we can dynamically monitor the operation of the alliance,adjust strategies and measures in a timely manner,and ensure that it always moves steadily towards its predetermined goals.
