In the new era,college Party building and ideological and political education work have been endowed with new connotations and new missions.Taking a national model teaching staff Party branch of a certain college as an example,this paper explains the practical significance and difficulties faced by the integration of Party building and ideological and political education work of the branch,finds the focal points of combination,explores the integration of Party building of the branch and ideological and political education work in aspects such as ideological guidance,teaching and scientific research,teacher and student development,and social services,constructs a"four-in-one"deep integration model,promotes the same-frequency resonance and same-direction force of Party building and ideological and political education work of the branch,which has reference significance for promoting the improvement of college education achievements and the overall education quality and level,and lays a foundation for cultivating all-round developed high-quality talents.
