有机强碱非金属胍类催化剂是近年来有机催化领域的一大研究热点,该类型催化剂具有绿色环保、制备简单、操作安全、价格低廉和催化性能良好等优点.其中,1,5,7-三氮杂双环-[4.4.0]癸-5-烯(TBD)由于可形成两个N—H键,在攫取质子引发反应的同时可活化中间体物质,催化性能通常优于其他胍类碱催化剂,在药物合成、有机化学和精细化工等领域具有较为广阔的应用前景.基于此,文章综述了TBD催化的相关有机化学反应,总结了部分反应的机制,并阐述了TBD的催化优势和发展趋势.
Application and prospect of guanidine strong base TBD in organic synthesis
Organic base non-metallic guanidine catalysts have become a hot spot in the field of organic catalysis in recent years.These catalysts offer numerous the advantages,including environmental friendliness,simple preparation,safe operation,affordability and excellent catalytic performance.Among them,1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene (TBD),stands out for its ability to activate intermediates by accpeting protons and initiating reactions through the formation of two N—H bonds.Typically,its catalytic performance surpasses that of other guanidine alkaline catalysts.Given these characteristics,TBD holds promising applications in pharmaceutical synthesis,organic chemistry and fine chemical engineering.Accordingly,this review focuses on the organic chemical reactions catalyzed by TBD,summarizing the potential mechanisms behind some reactions.Furthermore,it elucidates the catalytic advantages and future development trends of TBD field.
