Visualization analysis of periarthritis treatment based on knowledge map
To analyze recent research trends in the treatment of periarthritis (Frozen shoulder)in China,we conducted a literature search in CNKI database using the keywords related to"periarthritis"from 2001 to 2022,retrieving a total of 7735 papers.The data were analyzed by CiteSpace software to visualize key authors,institutions,and keywords.The results shows that a rising trend in publications,with a core group of researchers,including Guo Changqing,Fang Jianqiao and Cheng Shaodan,driving the field.Inter-institutional collaboration displayed a regional pattern,whereas,research hotspots focused on etiology,treatment methods,clinical observation,and efficacy assessment,with Chinese medicine treatment (TCM)playing a leading role.Integrated therapy,combining TCM and Western medicine approaches,emerged as the predominant treatment strategy.Looking forward,the field of periarthritis treatment is expected to continue growing.Strengthen the collaboration between authors and institutions,further advancing TCM and integrating Western medicine practices will be crucial for future progress.
