摘要
从广义修辞学的角度分析果戈里的小说《外套》,可以发现"外套"作为小说的核心意象,既指向概念义(物质外套),又指向修辞义(精神外套)."外套"的概念义和修辞义不仅参与小说语篇建构,更参与了小说主人公阿卡基精神世界的建构.
Abstract
Analyzing Gogol's Coat from the perspective of generalized rhetoric,we can find that"coat",as the key image of the novel,points to both conceptual meaning(material coat)and rhetorical meaning(spiritual coat).The conceptual and rhetorical meanings of"coat"is not only involved in the construction of the novel text,but also in the construction of the protagonist Akaki's spiritual world.
