摘要
心理健康教育是提升学生心理素质的重要方式.心理行为训练作为一种体验式教学方法,符合高职院校学生心理发展的特点,与高职院校心理健康教育课程的教学目标相契合.针对高职院校心理健康教育课程现状,结合心理行为训练的相关技术、作用等,探索将心理行为训练融入心理健康教育课程的实践路径.
Abstract
The course of mental health education is an important way to improve students'psychological quality.Psychological behavior training,as an experiential teaching method,is in line with the characteristics of students'psychological development and the teaching objectives of psychological health education courses in higher vocational colleges.In response to the current situation of the course mental health education in higher vocational colleges and in combination with the relevant technologies and functions of psychological behavior training,this thesis explores the practical path of integrating psychological behavior training into the course of mental health education.
