心理学视域下战斗精神培育研究

摘要
战斗精神作为军队的"精气神",是克敌制胜的重要法宝、决定胜负的关键因素,也是人民军队血性胆气的生动写照.运用心理强化原理、心理动机原理、心理暗示原理等,对长期在和平环境下成长起来的官兵的战斗精神进行培塑,对主观能动性的调动、战斗的心理认同及战斗的心理准备等具有现实意义.
Abstract
The fighting spirit,as the"essence and spirit"of the army,is an important weapon for defeating the enemy,a key factor in determining victory or defeat,and a vivid portrayal of the people's army's bloody courage.Applying the principles of psychological reinforcement,psychological motivation,and psychological suggestion to cultivate the fighting spirit of officers and soldiers who have grown up in a peaceful environment for a long time is of great practical significance in mobilizing subjective initiative,identifying combat psychology,and preparing for combat psychology.
