摘要
分析高职院校学生就业与"就业指导"课程教学现状,深入探索新时代下推进高职院校学生就业工作的有效举措,优化"就业指导"课程体系设计、教学实施模式、师资培养策略与评估方法,提升高职院校学生的社会适应能力和就业竞争力.
Abstract
Taking the course"Employment Guidance"as an example,this thesis analyzes the current situation of the course teaching and the employment of students,deeply explores effective measures to promote the employment work of higher vocational college students in the new era,optimizes the design of the course system of"Employment Guidance",the mode of teaching implementation,and the training strategies and evaluation methods of teaching staff,and enhances the social adaptability and employment competitiveness of higher vocational college students.
