摘要
介绍顺昕 1800 型全自动滴定仪的使用特点及在水质分析化学需要氧量(CODCr)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、总硬度中的应用.进行化学需氧量(CODCr)准确度测定,其低浓度、高浓度质控样品测定的相对误差分别为 0.3%和 0.7%,空白样品精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.0%,对实际水样高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)和总硬度比对试验结果进行F检验和t检验,统计学评价表明手工滴定和全自动滴定结果无显著性差异.
Abstract
This thesis introduced the characteristics of Shunxin 1800 automatic titrator and the application in water quality analysis of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),permanganate index(CODMn),and total hardness.The accuracy of chemical oxygen demand was measured,and the relative errors of low and high concentration quality control samples were 0.3%and 0.7%respectively.The precision of the blank sample was good,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 1.0%.Thedetermination results of CODMn,and total hardness in actual water samples were evaluated with F-test and t-test.Statistical evaluation showed that there was no significant difference in the results between manual titration and automatic titration.
