摘要
通过校企联盟协同育人机制、师资培训、实训基地建设、"五群融合"协调发展等途径,构建"校企联盟、五群融合"人才培养模式,可以拓展学生知识面,提高学生专业技能和职业素养,提高用人单位满意度.
Abstract
By reforming the joint education mechanism of the"school-enterprise alliance",the training of teaching staff,the construction of practical training bases,and the coordinated development of the"five-group integration",we can construct the talent training mode of"school-enterprise alliance,five-group integration"to expand students'knowledge,improve their professional skills and professional literacy,and improve employers'satisfaction.
