摘要
产业学院是产教融合的新形态,是校企协同育人的载体,建立产业学院是培养高素质技术技能人才的需要.分析产业学院的发展现状、内涵、建设动因及存在的问题,从宏观政策、制度建设、管理模式、运行机制、考核评价等方面提出产业学院建设路径,从人才培养方案、课程、教材、实践教学、实验实训基地、混编型教学团队、产学研与社会服务等方面提出产业学院建设内容,着力提升人才培养质量.
Abstract
The industrial college is a new form of integration of industry and education,and a carrier for collaborative education between colleges and enterprises.Constructing the industrial college is a need of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel.This thesis analyzes the development status,connotation,motivation,and problems in the construction of industrial colleges.The construction paths of the industrial college are put forward from the perspective of macro policies,institutional construction,management models,operational mechanisms,and assessment and evaluation.The construction contents of the industrial college are put forward from the perspective of talent training plans,courses,textbooks,practical teaching,construction of experimental and practical training bases,teaching team of mixed professionals,industry,college and research and social services so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
