以协同学为理论基础,分析高职院校"三教"改革协同机制构建的必要性,探索高职院校"三教"改革协同机制构建的路径,建立改革理念认同机制、政策或制度协同机制、环境协同机制,提升人才培养质量.
Abstract
Based on synergetics,this thesis analyzes the necessity of constructing the collaborative mechanism of the"three educations"reform in vocational colleges,explores the path to achieve the construction of the collaborative mechanism of the"three educations"reform in vocational colleges,establishes mechanisms for identifying reform concepts,coordinating policies or systems,and coordinating environments to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
