A study on the path of integrating core socialist values into labor contract dispute adjudication—Taking"integrity"as an example
The judicial field is one of the carriers for practising core socialist values.At the level of necessity,the core socialist values have the legal form and value legitimacy to be integrated into judicial adjudication.There are problems in the judicial application of"integrity"in labor contract cases,such as misaligned application objects,simple reasoning,absence of judge roles,and loss of values.The feasible solution lies in adhering to the predictability of referees in guiding ideology.In terms of effectiveness improvement,a comprehensive application of legal interpretation,reasoning,and rhetorical methods is needed.
