发展型资助视域下高校家庭经济困难学生就业帮扶策略研究

摘要
以发展型资助为视角,分析高校在对家庭经济困难学生精准帮扶中存在的问题,提出就业精准帮扶策略:建立健全资助育人与就业指导工作融合机制,打造素质过硬的资助育人与就业指导教师队伍,提供全过程精准化就业服务,增强家庭经济困难学生就业心理资本积累,做到精准施策、精细帮扶,帮助家庭经济困难学生实现更高质量、更充分就业.
Abstract
From the perspective of development oriented funding,this thesis analyzes the problems in colleges and universities in providing precise assistance to students from financially disadvantaged families,and proposes proper employment assistance strategies:establishing and improving a mechanism that integrates funding education and employment guidance,creating a high-quality team of funding education and employment guidance teachers,providing precise employment services throughout the entire process,enhancing the accumulation of psychological capital for students from financially disadvantaged families in employment,achieving precise policy implementation and precise assistance,and assisting students from financially disadvantaged families in achieving higher quality and more comprehensive employment.
