Setting of coupling parameters in the verification of new materials for optical receiving components
Diode transimpedance amplifier(PIN-TIA)has the advantages of long transmission distance, low voltage cost, and low noise, and is widely used in optoelectronic transmission systems.Sensitivity is one of the key indicators of photodetectors and even optical communication systems, and its measurement is based on statistical error rate, which takes a long time.In batch production, response voltage/response current is often used instead of sensitivity for coupling. This thesis analyzes the working principle of various components inside the diode cross resistance amplifier photodetector, verifies whether the coupling parameters need to be adjusted after changing the original material of the product, summarizes the complete parameter setting method in new product validation, guides the production process to set appropriate responsiveness debugging parameters, and verifies the new materials through batch production.
