采用传统继电器接触器控制系统控制液体混合,使用硬件多,连接复杂,影响可靠性和自动化程度,给工业现场的自动化控制带来困扰.在液体自动混合控制系统硬件结构上,采用三菱FX3U系列PLC对液体自动混合进行软件控制,使用监视与控制通用系统(MCGS)触摸屏进行上位机设计,仿真液体混合过程和实时显示过程数据,可提高系统的可靠性,使生产流水线高效工作,还可对系统实施远程监控.
Design of liquid automatic mixing control system based on Mitsubishi PLC and MCGS touch screen
The traditional relay contactor control system is used to control liquid mixing,which requires a lot of hardware and complex connections,affecting reliability and automation level and causing difficulties for automation control in industrial sites.On the hardware structure of the liquid automatic mixing control system,Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC is used for software control of liquid automatic mixing.The upper computer design is carried out using the Monitoring and Control General System(MCGS)touch screen,which simulates the liquid mixing process and displays real-time process data.This can improve the reliability of the system,make the production line work efficiently,and also implement remote monitoring of the system.
