A study on the cultivation model of"dual and four blends"for moral and technical talents—Taking the Software Technology Major of Suzhou College of Information Technology as an example
This thesis analyzes the compatibility between the mechanism of integrating industry and education and the connotation of integrating morality and technology,identifies the connection points,explores the"dual"cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises,adopts the"four blends"teaching mode of job requirements,curriculum teaching system,vocational skills competition,and vocational skills level certificate,constructs the"post,course,contest and certificate"integrated curriculum system,creates a high-level platform for integrating industry and education,and systematically promotes the"three educations"reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods,implements multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
