摘要

职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛常态化是推动教师教学能力提升、构建结构化教师队伍的有力推手.基于教学能力比赛构建职业院校教师专业发展共同体,双驱引擎,加强队伍建设;建章立制,加强运行管理机制建设;任务驱动,提升专业化发展水平;及时评价,促进良性健康发展等,可以实现区域内同专业或学科教师优势互补,提高育人质量.

Abstract

The normalization of vocational skills competition and teaching ability competition in vocational colleges is a powerful driving force for promoting the improvement of teachers'teaching abilities and building a structured teaching team.A community of teachers'professional development in vocational colleges is built on the basis of teaching abilities.Dual drive engines are introduced to strengthen the team construction.Regulations are established to strengthen the construction of operational management mechanisms.Task-driven teaching methods are used to enhance the level of professional development.Timely evaluation is adopted to promote the healthy development.All these stategies can achieve complementary advantages among teachers in the same profession or discipline within the region and improve the quality of education.
