市域社会治理现代化视域下法治认同的阻却因素和实现路径

摘要
法治认同是促进市域社会治理的重要力量,市域社会治理为法治认同提供了社会场域.在实现法治认同的过程中,存在法规不健全、公众法治观念淡薄、政府单方治理等诸多阻却因素.应加快市域社会治理建章立制、培育公众的法治观念、调动公众参与社会治理的积极性以实现协同治理,实现市域社会治理现代化.
Abstract
Legal identity is an important force in promoting urban social governance,which provides a social field for legal identity.In the process of achieving legal identity,there are many obstacles such as incomplete regulations,weak public awareness of the law-ruling,and unilateral government governance.We should accelerate the establishment of regulations and systems for urban social governance,cultivate public awareness of the law-ruling,and mobilize public participation in social governance to achieve collaborative governance and promote the modernization of urban social governance.
