Construction of a planning system of criminal data compliance for Internet platform enterprises
With the development of the digital economy,the corporate crime governance model of the Internet platform has changed from the unilateral governance model of"state individual"to the cooperative co-governance model of"state platform individual".Internet platform enterprises face both criminal risks of routine data processing and criminal risks of data management.The planning system of criminal data compliance for internet platform enterprises should be built from the compliance of data processing rules and data management processes,including the ex-ante data compliance organization system,prevention system,in-process data compliance monitoring system and ex-post data compliance response system.
