摘要

以学前儿童观察评价系统(COR Advantage)、教学策略评价体系(GOLD©)、预期发展结果档案(DRDP)为代表的儿童发展评价工具聚焦儿童发展与质量提升过程,强调"完整儿童"和发展的"去年龄化",坚持以教师为主导,基于观察、嵌入课程、技术支持的真实性评价,具有发展适宜性和较高的信效度.这给我国教师提高儿童评价有效性带来启发:加快研发本土化评价工具,加强技术支持;提供针对性、持续性培训,保障评价的可靠性与有效性;邀请家长参与评价,展现儿童全方位发展图式;理性看待儿童发展评价的"角色",合理利用儿童发展数据.

Abstract

Preschool Childhood Observation Record(COR Advantage),Teaching Strategies Assessment System(GOLD®)and Desired Result Developmental Profile(DRDP),as typical early childhood assessment tools,focus on the process of child development and early childhood education quality improvement,emphasizing the"complete child"and the"de-aging"of development,and adhering to the teacher's-leading assessment based on observation,embedded curriculum,and technical support,which enjoys the developmental suitability and high reliability and validity.This provides inspiration for Chinese teachers to improve the effectiveness of child assessment:accelerating the development of localized assessment tools to strengthen the support of technology for assessment work;providing targeted and continuous training to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of assessments;inviting parents to participate in assessment to show the comprehensive development pattern of children;reasonably viewing the role of child development assessment and to make reasonable use of child development data.
